An open access, peer reviewed, interdisciplinary journal exploring all aspects of the relationship between human numbers and environmental issues.

Peer Review Policy

Manuscripts submitted to The Journal of Population and Sustainability (JP&S) are initially screened for suitability by the editor. Potentially publishable papers will be sent to two scholars with appropriate research interests who have agreed to review the work. The JP&S operates a “double blind” review process where both the identity of the author(s) and the reviewer are not known to each other. The editor will act on the reviewers’ advice in taking the final decision to accept, reject or request revisions by the author(s). We aim to have a decision on the manuscript within one month of submission.
